Enmacare Confinement Centre offers different types of cosy and comfortable private en suite bathroom which cater to different needs.

Enmacare Confinement Centre, where “en”fant stands for infant in French and “ma”, a general term for mother, is a place which provides loving care to postnatal mummies and newborns.

Enmacare Confinement Centre, a sanctuary dedicated to the health and well-being of mothers and newborns
provides exceptional care which is spearheaded by a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including
a Gynaecologist, Paediatrician, Pharmacist, Dietitian, Lactationist, Physiotherapist, Registered Staff Nurses, and a
Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner. This holistic approach ensures expert medical attention throughout the
first few postpartum weeks.
The centre features advanced facilities tailored to provide optimal care. An in-house phototherapy machine allows
for immediate jaundice treatment, while nurseries equipped with Filter Fan Unit (FFU) + HEPA filtration systems
maintain an operating theatre-level air quality by eliminating 99.97% of airborne particles including bacteria and
viruses. This focus on hygiene and safety creates a tranquil environment for babies’ development.
Mothers are also treated to freshly prepared daily confinement meals, meticulously crafted by an in-house
dietitian and chefs. These nutritious meals promote postpartum recovery and support lactation, ensuring a
healthy start for new moms and their precious babies.
At Enmacare, every detail is designed to provide unparalleled comfort, care, and recovery during this very special
time of a new mom’s journey into motherhood!

Chong Zoeevia Facebook Reviews在这里住了两个月，很幸运能遇到这里的每一位。每个护士都很有爱❤️，两位厨师的厨艺都很棒，健康不油腻。每个星期都会更换床单被罩，如果不满意的可以跟他们的负责人反映，他们会尽最大的努力去满足你，妇科医生Dr. Eee也很风趣幽默，每个星期都会过来中心探望妈妈们，听说2020年开始，连儿科医生都会来中心检查宝宝，这样有妇科和儿科的医生加持这间中心，相信每个妈妈都能安心的坐好月子。如果喜欢传统的坐月餐每天都吃黄酒鸡、猪脚醋的话，月子中心就不是首选。如果喜欢科学的坐月饮食，想能好好的休息，又可以学习照顾宝宝，和喜欢跟其他的妈妈一起分享交流，月子中心是不错的选择。如果睡不惯中心的床，也可以选择从家里搬来。

I knew Yen for almost 10 years and I know I will be in good hands if I choose Enmacare. Yes not a single one of them disappoint me during my confinement and I really really enjoyed my stay over there. Foods were delicious (they have two amazing chefs!), baby has been well taken care of by the caring nurses, and mommy was well rested and had plenty of time to boost breastmilk supply! I don’t think I will be able to fully breastfeed my baby if I do not have a good confinement. Thank you Yen and team!

知道我怀孕后，我就选择了这间坐月中心，也没去想别的.在月子中心，坐月真的没压力，有这里的护士很有爱心，他们也很疼爱我的宝宝，也很有耐心的教导我们，怎么照顾新生宝宝。还有这里的两位厨师，都很有创意，每天都准备很丰富的每一餐，也吃的不腻。做完月子后，真的有点舍不得要出月😍

Had a great, pleasant and comfortable confinement experience here. The food are delicious and varies each day. The nurses are patient, helpful and friendly. The staff are helpful and caring as well. It makes you feels like staying home. Definitely recommended!
