Cancellation is only under following conditions:
- Pregnancy fails to progress due to miscarriage.
- Actual due date is at least one month earlier than estimated due date and there is no room available.
- A full refund of the deposit less RM200.00 of bank charge and admin fee may be given.
We highly encourage breastfeeding as breastfeeding stimulates the production of breast milk besides strengthens the bonding between mummy and baby. Moreover, direct latching helps in uterus contraction, thus allowing mummy to get back to her figure before giving birth.
Fret not mummies! We have well-trained nurses and lactation consultant who are more than happy to assist and guide you in the correct techniques of breastfeeding, massage during breast engorgement and baby care.
A nutritious and balanced diet is utmost paramount for body healing after childbirth. Also, baby gets the nutrients for growth and development from breast milk. Hence, mummy is encouraged to consume these healthy and delicious meals specially prepared by our chef. However, please highlight to our staff should you have any food allergies.
Enmacare provides sufficient meals and nutrients for healing mummy. You may bring your own food and herbal tonic soup. However, our centre will not be responsible for any adverse effect towards mummy and/or baby after consuming such food. It is advisable to consult our centre before consuming such food to avoid any incidents from happening.
Visitors may visit mummy between 9am-6pm daily.
Our room package provides one-time free of charge postnatal massage services for mummies. Moreover, our lovely masseuse will be more than happy to assist mummy to massage their breast whenever they have breast engorgement for free and those who are interested may make an appointment with our masseuse for full body massage.
